Hobsonville Point Townhouses - Auckland, New Zealand

Mike Greer Homes has recently completed a stylish range of townhouses in Auckland’s up and coming Hobsonville Point, a project which required cladding that was both durable and beautiful.

The exterior facade of the townhouses is clad with brick and softened with the use of Abodo’s Vulcan Cladding, which has an attractive grain pattern and high end finish.

Vulcan is a naturally durable exterior cladding, designed to age gracefully – ideal for a low maintenance home.

Located on a peninsula 20 minutes’ drive northwest of Auckland’s CBD, Hobsonville Point was most recently a defence base.

It’s now being redeveloped as much more than a housing subdivision – it’s a master-planned community that will eventually be the size of Devonport (3,000 homes).

Easily visible from the motorway, commuters can keep an eye on development progress as they drive by.
