Important Update on Abodo Delivery Times Under Level 3
At Level 3, Abodo is now able to work at, and despatch from, the warehouse in Auckland.
Existing Orders (New Zealand)
Unfortunately, due to the delays caused by Auckland’s Level 4 lockdown, orders are running behind their original scheduled despatch dates by approximately 5 weeks.
We are doing everything possible within Level 3 constraints to process and despatch orders. However, it is going to take some time to do this due the backlog and the required social distancing protocols. We are planning to run two shifts of skeleton staff in our warehouse so that we can operate safely and within social distancing requirements.
We ask that you are patient with our team when you are chasing your order lead times. This is a stressful time for all of us and we understand that builders are urgently requiring their orders.
Orders will be despatched in chronological order (no exceptions).
Please have your Merchant Purchase Order or the Abodo Order Confirmation ready, so we can look up your order. Any builders or homeowners contacting us directly will be redirected back to the Merchant that they placed their order with.
There will also likely be a backlog of orders for accessories, oils and screws due to courier bottlenecks. Again, please be patient with us as we do everything we can to work through the backlog and get these out as soon as possible.

Delivery lead times vary depending on the product. Please contact our Sales Support Team, or your local Merchant, for an indication of lead times.
For our overseas customers, international lead times may be faster/slower depending on stocks and shipping considerations. We are in touch with our international distributors directly with updates.
